Responsibilities: ​

• Design tailored training materials and lesson plans for skill level.

• Incorporate cultural exchange moments in each session.

• Share real-life examples and role-play situations to teach practical language use.

• Match activities to the student’s English proficiency level.

• Create bilingual (English-Tamil) teaching aids when needed.

• Work with tutors to adapt lesson flow for cultural and practical relevance.

• Update materials based on feedback from students, tutors and adult coordinator.
